The Rainbow

Feeling wishful, hopeful of a beautiful life,

blessed with rainbows of joy, being an attentive mother and wife.

Observing the pleasures within the role that is achieved,

with the guidance and blessings from the believed.

Astonished when dreams turn to reality,

which have been growing on the field trees.

Looking back to where it all started, the beginning,

patience, pain and a changed perspective have all gone into this way of living.

Life is your rainbow, you just have to find your it,

express your dreams and your destiny will find you fit.

      1. I know rainbows are very metaphorical but always in such a beautiful way, I see many just from distortions of light through a window, they bring me so much joy. Your poem was beautiful, they say a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow but I am sure it is our why our purpose🌈🌈🌈🌈

      2. Absolutely wonderful comment and lovely thoughts. I actually tried to create a rainbow for my children. I am going to observe to notice the distortions of light through a window to make joyful memories. The pot of gold can be interpreted in many ways.
